Below are tasks on development of leadership and management tools that every learning institution should possess. Choose one task , undertake it and submit it for assessment. Post the completed assignment of the e-learning platform

Task 1: Prepare a leadership and management framework: Using the leadership management framework discussed in unit 1, develop a leadership and management framework for your institution or department.

Task  2: Prepare a communication strategy: Using the guidelines outlined in Unit 2, develop a communication strategy for your institution or department.

Task 3: Prepare a draft strategic plan: Using the guidelines outlined in Unit 3, prepare a draft strategic plan for your institution or department.

Task 4 : Prepare training report: Using the notes in Unit 4, undertake a 2 hour training session of the staff under you on ‘building and sustaining top performing trams’ and prepare a report which includes the table of contents, introduction, objectives, highlights of the training session, lessons learnt, recommendations; and include an annex that has the signed list of participants.

Task 5: Prepare a work plan for a Rapid Results Initiative (RRI): Using the guidelines outlined in Unit 5, prepare a work plan for a Rapid Results Initiative in your institution or department.

Task  6: Prepare work plan on change management: Using the the Force Field Analysis change model outlined in Unit 6 prepare a work plan for a proposed change in your institution or department.

Task 7:  Using the guidelines discussed in Unit 7, prepare a Customer Service Charter (CSC) for your institution or department
