Mrs. Mambo is a long serving employee in your institution. She feels that she has not been promoted for several years. She complains that younger employees are getting positions of responsibility before her. She feels that the head of the institution is against her. She is now embittered and in the past few months she has been applying for positions in other institutions. Her failure to be shortlisted in these applications has further increased her bitterness. She sees the head of the institution as the obstacle to her career progression.
