Baridi School employs kitchen staff on 15-day employment agreements. Majority of these kitchen staff have been working for one year continuously on these 15-day employment agreements. Their wages are normally paid at the end of each school term. Some of the Kitchen staff are paid in non-monetary terms. They are asked to pick food stuff from the school store as compensation for work done. Recruitment of these kitchen staff is done by the sponsor of the school.
