Zawadi School has over 70 employees. The staff relations in the school are smooth. The school has also adopted employee welfare programs. In addition, the school organizes regular staff training programs. The staff morale is high though there are a few disgruntled elements. The school recently set up a computer laboratory. MzeeSalama, an elderly employee of the school, had served the school honestly for 22 years. He was therefore entrusted with cleaning the computer laboratory. One day MzeeSalama was caught red handed stealing a computer from the computer laboratory. MzeeSalama confessed that he had never done such a thing before in his 22 years of service in the school and knowing well that he couldn't use a computer. He has pleaded for mercy.
